This is news about my coloring....I even thought up a new word to call people who color lineart......"Colorist"! Hope you like it!
I have been coloring other people's lineart as of late, for I have gotten burned out on doing my own stuff for now. I guess I'm trying to establish a solid working link between me and the lineart artists. So far I've been doing well. I look up hidden lineart tresures (Mostly in scraps), I ask the artist's permission (cause it's only polite), they give it (or they don't, in which case I don't color that person's lineart and I wish them well), I color (I ONLY use Adobe Photoshop 5.5, most of my nifty coloring tricks are done with Filters! ^-^), I submit it giving the original artist MAD props and 95% of the credit (I am just a humble colorist...lol), they comment on it (YAY!) or they don't (Groan). So far this formula has worked VERY well! ^-^
You all have seen my latest works, I go for a particular lineart.

So if any of you want me to color any of your lineart, drop me a note! I would most appreciate it! ^_^ If it takes time for me to submit the final, realize that I can't rush, I'm trying to reach perfection!

Til' we meet again on this virtual plain! ^_~
Sincerely, tamarack1pines
